A few of our Gap walkers out today giving a hand to help guide a group of Blind and Partially Sighted from Omeath to Carlingford (over 16km!). What a wonderful group of people and a pleasure to guide, and on occasions guided us! 👏👏😎❤

Did you know the Ulster Way was the brainchild of Wilfrid Capper, who also founded the Ulster Federation of Rambling Clubs?Steve Martin having a hearty breakfast at Ringfad, before setting out on today’s leg of walking the Ulster Way to raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer research. (Accompanied today by a volunteer from local branch of the charity). He will have walked 600 miles when he completes his challenge, at Dunmurry in about 6 days time.
