Each person participates in club activities entirely at their own risk. Neither the club, nor any of its members , can be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused.
Members should strive to maximise their Mountain and Navigation skills to enable them to take responsibility for themselves in the hills. If you  have a medical condition that may affect the walk please  tell the Walk Leader before starting.
 Essentials- Without these, the Leader may not allow you to join the walk- Walking Boots, Waterproof coat and leggings, Adequate clothing, Hats and Gloves, sufficient food and( hot) drinks, map, compass and whistle.
 Desirable Torch  Extra battery Whistle Bivvy Bag  Basic First Aid  1:25 000 Map Compass Emergency Rations? Change of clothes in car Walking Boots, Waterproof coat and leggings, Adequate clothing, Hats and Gloves, sufficient food and Membership Fee due yearly in Nov.  If you are not paid-up , you are not insured to walk wth the Club.
