RESULTS OF MEMBERSHIP SURVEY

During the period September to December 2007 we invited members to assess the progress of the Federation and to make suggestions for priorities in 2008.We are grateful to those members who took the time to record scores, make suggestions and express their concerns.

In addition, one club made a composite return on behalf of all
members and
registered a score of “very satisfied” against all items.

 

From the scores and from the comments which were made

-         Training came out as the area of greatest satisfaction

-         Promotion/PR the area which needs most attention.

 

Follow-up on the Survey

The Business Plan for 2008 has been prepared and will be available for
the Council Meeting in April. 
This will take into account the recommendations/suggestions/concerns/criticisms
which have been
made and hopefully reflect the priorities of our members.
